Geomagnetic storm impact on energy sensitive people

One thing that affects energy sensitive people way more than the moon are solar storms. Geomagnetic storms are beautiful as there is often a result of beautiful displays of Aurora. However, navigating a geomagnetic storm for energy sensitive people can essentially feel like a real challenge.

It can be rough with vertigo, dizziness, flu symptoms like aches, headaches, exhaustion and low energy. Buzzing in the ears is normal for energy sensitives. Spirit communication is amplified. Emotions can get heightened rapidly for Empaths. Just be gentle on yourself you are simply responding to being exposed to powerful energies. Some may experience lots of anxiety and even autoimmune flares like fibromyalgia or rheumatoid arthritis. Sleeplessness is most common.

If you get any physical flares be sure to lay off the wheat products and try to eliminate dairy. It really helps a lot to eat clean. Nothing processed. Smoothies are easier for your body to digest and power you through during geometric storms. Drink lots of water with lemon slices in it. It will help your body navigate that powerful force of energy. Crystals to help are black tourmaline, and iron pyrite. Those are my top two. Hematite, Aura quartz and selenite are also in the top to help strengthen your energy field

I sleep with a small piece of black tourmaline under my pillow. Black tourmaline is very strong so a small amount is all you need.

Essential oils that are helpful are citrus’s, lavender, Angelica, vetiver, and champaka. Orris root is helpful to sprinkle inside your pillow case or carry with you in a pouch.

Not oatmeal geo magnetic storm recovery breakfast with butternut squash  I like to get a butternut squash, slice it and lightly smear coconut oil on it, cover it in a roasting pan with a touch of water in the bottom and bake it until it’s squishy. (Do this the night before so it’s on hand in the morning)  Once it’s cooled down I scoop it out of its peel and store it in the fridge to make quick breakfasts. To make n’oatmeal Pour coconut milk (or almond milk) in a microwave safe bowl with raisins Cook it in the microwave until hot Add in desired amount of butternut squash, and cinnamon. Optional add honey or maple. I like it warm so I put it in the microwave again but it’s good cold too.

Energizing chocolate mousse (FAVOURITE) yummm!  3 avocados 1/3 ish cup raw cacao 1/3 ish cup raw honey 1 tsp vanilla 2tbsp coconut milk Dash of cinnamon Smash the crap out of the avocado and then beat it with everything else. It’s yummy yummy in the yummy.

Grape slushy

Freeze 1 cup of seedless grapes

Once frozen, toss the grapes into blender with 1-2 cups coconut water (your preference of thickness)
